**Role Overview**
The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to management on all human capital matters, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business to facilitate the implementation of HR strategies and practices that foster robust business growth, reinforce a performance-focused, meritocratic, and diverse culture, and ensure compliance with Group HR policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* In collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner, translate the business strategy into actionable annual plans, driving improvements that are critical to achieving a competitive advantage.
* Cultivate and sustain a continuous improvement environment within the HR function.
* Oversee the effective onboarding and integration of new employees, providing necessary support to ensure rapid productivity.
* Facilitate Talent Reviews and implement succession planning and retention strategies for key personnel.
* Develop and execute learning and development programs that equip employees with essential skills.
* Coach managers and formulate and implement performance management plans to enhance performance or facilitate organizational exits.
* Play a pivotal role in disseminating organizational communications and monitoring feedback within designated functional areas.
* Support the execution of the HR strategy by identifying training and development requirements for each functional area and collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager to ensure appropriate program delivery.
* Identify and address the development and training needs of key and high-potential staff.
* Manage employee relations issues within the business units.
* Support line managers in fostering a culture of employee engagement aligned with the Group’s values.
* Consistently reinforce a culture of performance focus and diversity.
* Serve as an advisor to line managers, providing guidance to minimize risk.
* Ensure compliance with local laws and Group policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Communicate and implement changes to HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure the proper application of disciplinary procedures before any employee termination.
* Act as a trusted business partner and coach to managers.
* Consult with and support line managers across the Group, ensuring their engagement in all initiatives.
* Focus on measuring employee engagement and implementing necessary actions based on feedback results.
* Serve as a change agent and facilitate organizational transitions.
* Actively participate in assessing manpower planning requirements, preparing and reviewing manpower budgets and forecasts.
* Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of the annual manpower budgeting exercise.
* Assess and analyze business needs prior to initiating recruitment, gathering information regarding job specifications, purpose, departmental efficiencies, required outputs, and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Support line managers in the design of job profiles, technical assessments, and interview questionnaires.
* Conduct competency-based panel interviews with line managers.
* Ensure adherence to HR policies, review and enhance business internal controls and procedures, ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA), and provide leadership on process and governance.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements.
* Maintain a focus on localization efforts and reinforce and achieve diversification goals.

**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a large multinational organization.
* CIPD qualification (desirable).
