**Role Summary:**
The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to management on all human capital matters. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the business to effectively implement HR strategies and practices that drive robust business growth, reinforce a performance-focused culture, promote meritocracy and diversity, and ensure compliance with Group HR policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into actionable annual plans, driving improvements that enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
* Foster a continuous improvement environment within the HR function.
* Ensure comprehensive onboarding and support for new employees to facilitate rapid integration and productivity.
* Facilitate talent reviews and implement succession plans and retention strategies for key talent.
* Develop and execute learning and development plans to equip employees with necessary skills.
* Coach managers and develop and implement performance management plans to improve performance or facilitate organizational exits.
* Contribute to organizational communication and monitor feedback within assigned functional areas.
* Support the implementation of HR strategy by identifying training and development needs, and collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager to ensure appropriate initiatives are delivered.
* Identify and address development and training needs for key and high-potential employees.
* Manage employee relations issues within assigned business units.
* Support line managers in cultivating a culture of employee engagement aligned with the Group values, reinforcing a focus on performance and diversity.
* Serve as an advisor to line managers, providing guidance to minimize risk and ensure compliance with local laws and Group policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Communicate and implement changes to HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure proper application of disciplinary procedures before any employee separation.
* Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to managers, consulting and supporting line managers across the Group and ensuring buy-in to all initiatives.
* Measure employee engagement and implement necessary actions based on output results.
* Act as a change agent and facilitate transitions.
* Actively participate in assessing manpower requirements, preparing and reviewing manpower budgets and forecasts, and ensuring accurate and efficient execution of the annual manpower budgeting exercise.
* Assess and analyze business needs prior to initiating recruitment, gathering detailed information about job requirements and organizational objectives.
* Support line managers in designing job profiles, technical assessments, and interview questionnaires.
* Conduct competency-based panel interviews with line managers.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, strengthen internal controls and procedures, ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA), and provide leadership on process and governance.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements.
* Maintain focus on localization efforts and reinforce and achieve diversification goals.

**Qualifications and Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a large multinational organization.
* CIPD qualification is desirable.
