Job Description: **Human Resources Analyst**

**Summary:**

The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for the application of human resources data to generate actionable insights, facilitate strategic decision-making processes, and improve workforce planning initiatives. This position will contribute to the implementation and optimization of human resources analytics tools, ensuring the accurate and relevant reporting necessary to enhance organizational business intelligence.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Conduct in-depth analyses of human resources data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic workforce planning and informed decision-making.
* Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to monitor key human resources metrics, including workforce demographics and trends, employee turnover, retention, and engagement rates, compensation and benefits benchmarking, talent acquisition and recruitment analytics, and performance management and productivity metrics.
* Provide data-driven recommendations to human resources leadership and business partners to optimize workforce strategies.
* Collaborate with human resources and business teams to ensure data accuracy, validation, and reporting integrity.
* Support the implementation and enhancement of human resources analytics tools, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platforms, and reporting frameworks.
* Assist in workforce planning, forecasting, and predictive analytics activities to align human resources strategies with overall business objectives.
* Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, and uphold data confidentiality standards throughout all human resources analytics processes.
* Present findings through visual reports, dashboards, and formal presentations to key stakeholders.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with human resources teams to interpret and effectively apply data insights.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
* A minimum of two to three years of experience in human resources analytics, workforce planning, or human resources reporting is required.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data insights effectively.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is required.
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, is desirable but not mandatory.
* Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and human resources analytics best practices is preferred.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to data confidentiality.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently on unstructured assignments while delivering high-impact results.
* Fluency in English and adaptability to a multicultural, fast-paced work environment.
