The individual will oversee the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring successful execution through monitoring of the implementation process and facilitation of necessary adjustments or modifications. Furthermore, the incumbent will gather HR data from diverse sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, surveys, and governmental labor statistics, and consolidate said data into comprehensive reports.”
