Job Description:**Option:**
The following outlines key responsibilities and activities related to talent assessment and development:
1. **Assessment Design and Implementation:** This includes the development and delivery of assessment instruments and frameworks, such as psychometric evaluations, technical examinations, case studies, role-playing scenarios, and simulations, all aligned with established organizational competency models. A particular focus is placed on designing **digital skills assessments** encompassing areas like data analytics, artificial intelligence literacy, cybersecurity awareness, and proficiency in emerging technological tools. Additionally, the creation of customized assessment methodologies for **technology-driven job families**, including but not limited to software engineers, data analysts, and digital marketing specialists, will be undertaken.
2. **Evaluation and Reporting:** This entails the conduct of competency-based interviews (CBI) and behavioral event interviews (BEI). The utilization of **digital assessment platforms** and artificial intelligence-enabled tools will be employed to facilitate an expedited and data-driven evaluation process. Comprehensive, evidence-based reports will be generated, detailing candidates’ behavioral attributes, technical proficiencies, and alignment with organizational culture.
3. **Stakeholder Engagement:** This involves collaboration with hiring managers, learning and development teams, and technical subject matter experts to ensure assessment processes are aligned with overarching business objectives. Expert consultation will be provided regarding **digital capability frameworks**, such as SFIA, DigComp, or organization-specific models. Furthermore, findings and recommendations will be formally presented to human resources and business leadership.
4. **Technology Integration:** This encompasses the implementation of online assessment systems, virtual Assessment Centers/Development Centers (AC/DC), and digital proctoring tools. The utilization of analytics dashboards will be employed to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and derive predictive hiring insights. Skills:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Digital HR.
Certifications
- HR/Assessment-related certifications (SHRM, CIPD, BPS Test User Level A & B).
- Technology/digital certifications (SFIA Practitioner, LinkedIn Skill Assessments, or relevant vendor certs in data, AI, or digital tools).
Experience
- 5–8 years in HR assessment, talent acquisition, or organizational development.
- Proven experience in assessing tech/digital roles or implementing tech-enabled assessments.
- Hands-on with HRIS, ATS, and digital assessment platforms.
Technical/Digital Competencies
- Familiarity with assessment software (SHL, Talogy, Aon, Codility, HackerRank, etc.).
- Understanding of digital literacy frameworks and future skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and ability to interpret assessment analytics.
