**Introduction:**

**Job Summary:**

The HR Analytics Manager will be responsible for leveraging data analysis and analytical methodologies to support the HR function and inform decision-making processes throughout the organization. This role’s core responsibility is to gather, analyze, and interpret HR-related data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that will drive strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and other critical HR programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Strategic Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with HR leadership, executive management, and key business stakeholders to understand overarching organizational objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.
* Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR function that are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
* Employ statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques to forecast future HR trends and potential outcomes.
* Evaluate and implement relevant software or technology platforms to facilitate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
* **Functional Responsibilities:**
* Collect, organize, and analyze HR data from a variety of sources, including Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), recruitment platforms, performance management systems, and employee surveys.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive HR reporting dashboards, providing insights into talent acquisition, employee engagement levels, performance management effectiveness, compensation practices, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
* Analyze and interpret HR data, providing meaningful insights to identify emerging trends, support informed decision-making, and guide the formulation of HR strategy.
* Partner with HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders to define metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
* Manage the design, development, and delivery of both standard and ad hoc HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the finance department to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, and to streamline data processing workflows.
* Lead the development and implementation of predictive analytics models to forecast workforce trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Support HR leadership by preparing and presenting data-driven insights to senior management, providing recommendations to drive positive business results.
* Maintain current knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting, continuously enhancing the organization’s HR reporting capabilities.
