Job Description:**HR & Administration Manager**
**Reporting To:** Shared Service Director
**Department:** Shared Service
**Location:** Cairo
**Job Summary:**
The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of all Human Resources and Administration functions. This role ensures effective talent acquisition, fosters employee engagement, maintains compliance with relevant labor legislation, and oversees efficient administrative operations in support of the organization’s strategic objectives.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
**Human Resources Management:**
* Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures that are aligned with overarching business objectives.
* Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the acquisition of qualified personnel.
* Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
* Administer performance appraisal systems to ensure equitable and transparent evaluation practices.
* Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in accordance with established organizational policies and procedures.
* Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable labor laws, health and safety regulations, and prevailing HR best practices.
* Administer compensation, benefits, and rewards programs in a fair and consistent manner.
**Administration Management:**
* Oversee office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement activities to ensure a productive and well-maintained work environment.
* Manage company travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for staff and visitors in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
* Supervise administrative staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily administrative functions.
* Maintain accurate company records, licenses, contracts, and legal documents in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with governmental authorities on matters pertaining to company registrations, visas, work permits, and other compliance requirements.
Skills:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 2 years’ experience in Saudi market or saudi company
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices for Egyptian and Saudi labor law
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
