Job Description:
- Lead and manage all on-site activities for hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and branded residences, from mobilization through testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervision teams on site to ensure that construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, operator requirements, and ACE quality standards.
- Monitor site progress against the baseline program, identify delays or risks, and implement recovery actions to maintain project milestones, operational readiness dates, and client expectations.
- Review and control site-related technical issues, RFIs, shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and method statements to ensure compliance with design intent, constructability requirements, and hospitality operational standards.
- Liaise on a daily basis with the client, hotel operator, design consultants, cost consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve interface issues, secure approvals, and maintain smooth project delivery and reporting.
- Oversee site quality, health and safety, testing and commissioning, snagging, and final inspections, ensuring that guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house, F&B, spa, and other hospitality facilities are delivered to the required standard.
- Prepare site progress reports, meeting minutes, risk logs, action trackers, and commercial/contractual records, while supporting variation assessment, claims review, handover documentation, and final project close-out.
