Job Description:Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives targeting the HORECA channel, encompassing the identification, engagement, and cultivation of relationships with prospective clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies. Achieve established sales quotas and objectives as defined by management. Conduct routine site visits to existing clientele to maintain optimal customer satisfaction and foster client retention. Negotiate contractual agreements, pricing structures, and terms of service in accordance with corporate guidelines. Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and evolving customer requirements to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Facilitate product training and provide ongoing support to clients to improve product understanding and application. Collaborate with the marketing department to devise promotional campaigns tailored to the HORECA market segment. Generate and submit periodic sales reports, projections, and market analyses to management. Ensure seamless communication between the organization and HORECA clients to facilitate the timely resolution of inquiries, grievances, and feedback.
