Job Description:Assume responsibility for the direction and oversight of the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sales team to consistently meet or surpass established sales objectives within the designated geographic area.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in HORECA sales, preferably within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA sector and its unique sales cycles and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and fieldwork.
