Job Description:Assume responsibility for the direction and oversight of the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sales team to consistently meet or surpass established sales objectives within the designated geographic area.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in HORECA sales, preferably within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA sector and its unique sales cycles and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and fieldwork.
