Job Description:The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
* Developing, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to Grade 1 students in alignment with the school’s curriculum and established educational standards.
* Cultivating a positive, inclusive, and secure classroom environment that promotes active student participation and cultivates a passion for learning.
* Evaluating and monitoring student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to both students and their parents/guardians.
* Formulating individualized learning plans to support students with varying learning needs and abilities.
* Collaborating with fellow educators, specialists, and school personnel to enrich the overall educational experience.
* Maintaining consistent communication with parents and guardians concerning student progress, classroom activities, and school-related events.
* Integrating technology and innovative pedagogical methods to optimize student engagement and learning outcomes.
* Organizing and participating in school events, extracurricular programs, and professional development opportunities.
* Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and behavioral incidents.
* Adhering to school policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
