Home Care Nurse

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse. As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing personalized and quality nursing care to a patient in at home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess patients’ medical condition and develop individualized care plans.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitor vital signs and provide ongoing assessment of patients’ health status.
4. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
6. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols.
7. Report any changes in patients’ condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Valid nursing license from the Dubai Health Authority
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Care Nurse
3. Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Compassionate and empathetic nature
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
8. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required.
