Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage hematologic conditions, including:Anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukemias, lymphomas, myelomaHemophilia, sickle cell disease, and clotting disordersOversee bone marrow biopsy procedures, transfusion protocols, and chemotherapy regimensCollaborate with oncology, pathology, and radiology teams for integrated patient careProvide consultative services to inpatient and outpatient unitsParticipate in tumor boards, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiativesEducate patients and families on disease management and treatment plansContribute to academic teaching and CME programs???? Qualifications & ExperienceCertification: Board-certified in Hematology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)Licensure: DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility requiredExperience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary or academic hospital settingProven expertise in both benign and malignant hematologic conditionsStrong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills????
