Job Description:Assume responsibility for the following:
* Acting as the initial point of contact for customers requesting technical support via telephone or electronic mail.
* Conducting remote troubleshooting through diagnostic methodologies and targeted inquiries.
* Ascertaining optimal resolutions based on the nature of the issue and details furnished by the customer.
* Guiding customers through prescribed problem-solving procedures.
* Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate higher-tier support personnel.
* Disseminating precise information pertaining to information technology products or services.
* Documenting events, problems, and resolutions within designated log systems.
* Monitoring and updating customer status and pertinent information.
* Relaying customer feedback and suggestions to the relevant internal teams.
* Identifying and recommending potential enhancements to operational procedures.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Very Good in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- TEMP FOR ONE YEAR.
