Job Description:**Option:**
Provide initial technical support to customers via telephone or electronic mail, employing remote diagnostic techniques and targeted inquiry to ascertain the optimal solution. Subsequently, guide customers through the problem-solving process, escalating unresolved issues to higher-tier support personnel as necessary. Maintain comprehensive records of events, problems, and resolutions within designated logs, and diligently follow up with customers to provide status updates. Disseminate customer feedback and suggestions to relevant internal teams and proactively identify opportunities for procedural enhancement.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Very Good in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- TEMP FOR ONE YEAR.
