Job Description:**Option:**
Provide initial technical support to customers via telephone and electronic mail, employing remote diagnostic techniques to ascertain the nature of technical issues. Determine appropriate solutions based on customer-provided information and guide customers through resolution processes. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support tiers, furnish accurate information pertaining to IT products and services, and meticulously document all incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions within designated logging systems. Communicate customer feedback to relevant internal teams and propose procedural enhancements as appropriate.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Very Good in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
