Guildhall is working with a notable FM Services provider that is looking for an FM Operations Director with 5+ years Healthcare MF experience.
This is an HQ based role to manage ongoing and upcoming healthcare related FM projects.
Responsibilities include:
• Management of staff, vendors and supplies
• Close monitor of daily information on CAFM database
• Ensure successful completion of scheduled activities. Prompt and courteous response to customer requests are met
• Maintain and update the management budget, equipment and materials
• Conduct regular service and systems audit
• Guide and upgrade staff technical and management competency
• Prepare site standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Generate, collate and submission of monthly reports
• Approval of submission of claims
• Conduct and review plant operation, emergency plan and contingency plans
