We are looking to hire a Head of R&D with entrepreneurial aspirations to join our leadership team. This role will involve ideation, research, architecture and software delivery. You will build solutions, POCs, frameworks, blueprints and accelerators. This is an engineering role with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a passion for technology and engineering (esp. digital experiences, data and cloud), communication skills to articulate technical topics to disparate sets of stakeholders, and a strategic mindset. You will report to our CTO.
