Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Private Cloud Operations to lead a large-scale private cloud platform serving over 200 subsidiaries. The role is responsible for the overall architecture, operations, and governance of the platform, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability across multi-site data centers. This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on a national-scale private cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cloud strategy, operations, and platform governance.
- Oversee architecture across networking, cloud, security, and storage domains.
- Ensure 24×7 availability, incident response, and SLA compliance.
- Manage multi-site DR strategy and failover readiness.
- Drive security architecture and compliance alignment.
- Lead and mentor engineering, operations, and security teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology roadmap.
