We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Operations (Tracks) to lead the operational performance of our school-based programs nationwide. This full-time, Riyadh-based position offers the opportunity to oversee the end-to-end execution of programs, integrating product design, curriculum delivery, technology platforms, personnel, and physical infrastructure to create a seamless experience for students and teachers. Located in a modern office near the Boulevard, the successful candidate will manage daily operations, lead the PMO function, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, efficient, and scalable operations across all schools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Daily Tracks Operations Management:** Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all Tracks programs within schools, encompassing scheduling, resource allocation, platform execution, and staffing requirements. Proactively monitor key performance indicators through dashboards to ensure high-quality delivery across academic, logistical, and student/parent experience metrics, resolving any issues preemptively.
2. **PMO Leadership:** Design and manage a Project Management Office to implement cross-functional initiatives related to Tracks operations. Manage the delivery roadmap for launches, pilots, process improvements, and system upgrades in collaboration with product, learning, and platform teams, ensuring accountability to timelines and standards.
3. **Cross-Functional Execution & Delivery:** Serve as the central operations lead, facilitating communication and decisive action between Product, Learning, Platform Operations, Experience, Schools, and Facilities teams. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure aligned priorities and efficient information flow.
4. **Operational Process Design & Scaling:** Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies to ensure scalable and high-performing operations. Develop and implement playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and operational cadences for scaling across regions and formats, ensuring repeatable and measurable processes.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

* Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-autonomy operations role.
* Demonstrated experience in leading school operations or high-complexity service delivery within education, EdTech, or operations-intensive environments.
* Proven track record of building and managing cross-functional operating systems across departments.
* Deep expertise in running a PMO or managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with accountability for delivery. Familiarity with project management tools such as Gantt charts, retrospectives, OKRs, and issue tracking systems.
* Strong aptitude for documenting, streamlining, and scaling operational processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive under pressure, manage ambiguity, and proactively solve problems.
* Demonstrated accountability for achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
