Job Description:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of landscape architecture and urban design projects from concept through completion.
- Develop and implement innovative design strategies that align with client objectives and project requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape and urban design elements.
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to present design concepts and secure necessary approvals.
- Mentor and guide junior architects, designers, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and sustainability practices in landscape and urban design.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design intent is realized during construction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and internal leadership.
