Job Description:Head of Information Technology Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 per month Job Code: 326/001/182 Industry: Technology / Digital Transformation Job Summary: The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for leading the organization’s IT strategy, with a particular focus on AI-driven automation and CRM implementation. This role encompasses strategic leadership and hands-on execution, emphasizing AI workflow design, CRM deployment (preferably Zoho), cross-departmental automation initiatives, and overall digital transformation. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, project management proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: IT Administration & Infrastructure: Manage and maintain all IT systems, encompassing hardware, software, networks, and cloud environments. Ensure the security, uptime, data backup, access controls, and compliance with established IT standards and regulations. Develop and implement comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization. Oversee IT support services, troubleshooting, incident response protocols, and vendor coordination. AI, Automation & Process Innovation: Identify operational inefficiencies and design innovative AI-driven workflow improvements. Develop and implement automated workflows leveraging AI Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and low-code automation tools. Implement AI solutions for document processing, communication automation, and intelligent task routing. Collaborate with business teams to scale processes effectively through automation initiatives. CRM Implementation & Optimization (Zoho Preferred): Lead the full CRM lifecycle, including planning, customization, automation, and continuous optimization. Develop and implement workflows, blueprints, dashboards, and user journey maps to enhance CRM effectiveness. Manage integrations between the CRM system and other critical business tools and platforms. Provide comprehensive training to teams and ensure widespread CRM adoption and adherence to best practices. Cross-Functional Leadership & Project Management: Partner effectively with IT, Operations, Sales, Finance, and senior leadership teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives. Translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements for AI, CRM, and IT system enhancements. Lead multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, deliverables, and budgetary constraints. Provide technical leadership and guidance to both internal and outsourced IT teams. Security, Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict compliance with all applicable security and privacy regulations across all IT systems and data assets. Conduct regular security audits, comprehensive risk assessments, and disaster recovery simulations to mitigate potential threats. Implement and maintain industry-leading best practices for cybersecurity and data protection. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in IT management or digital transformation roles. Demonstrated experience in the implementation of AI-driven automation solutions and workflow optimization strategies. Strong background in CRM implementation, preferably with experience using Zoho CRM. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects within fast-paced and dynamic environments. Technical Competencies: Expertise in AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization methodologies. Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and security protocols. Proficiency in CRM setup, API integrations, and dashboard/reporting tools. Strong analytical and process engineering skills. Ability to effectively manage IT support services while simultaneously driving innovation initiatives.
