Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems, policies, and financial procedures.
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations (AR, AP, General Ledger, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).
- Lead and manage the accounting team at HQ and all PREMIERE locations.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records and reports.
- Perform month-end, quarterly, and yearly closing activities and full set of accounts.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Evaluate accounting systems and coordinate with IT for performance improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide all required documentation.
- Support executive management in:
- Corporate and legal structure matters
- Regulatory compliance, licenses, and permits
- Legal templates (employee contracts, rental/operation agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs, etc.)
- Risk management, insurance policies, and contingency planning
- Support department heads in establishing and improving business processes.
- Develop and maintain internal audit functions (if applicable) to safeguard company policies and procedures.
