Job Description:Head of Business Continuity & Resilience Objective: To provide strategic leadership in developing, enhancing, and executing enterprise-wide business continuity and resilience strategies, ensuring the organization’s ability to effectively respond to, recover from, and adapt to disruptions, safeguarding business operations, stakeholders, and organizational reputation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership in Business Continuity and Resilience: Develop and execute a forward-looking enterprise resilience strategy that ensures the organization’s ability to mitigate disruptions and maintain critical operations. Design and implement a comprehensive Operational Resilience Framework, aligned with regulatory guidelines and internal risk appetite. Embed a culture of resilience across all business groups, aligning continuity practices with organizational objectives. Act as the primary architect of the organization’s resilience framework, ensuring seamless integration with risk management and corporate strategies. Drive innovation in resilience practices and oversee the implementation of business continuity frameworks in alignment with regulatory expectations and global best practices. Lead the integration of operational resilience with business continuity, disaster recovery, third-party risk management, and incident response strategies. Lead the design, implementation, and testing of robust business continuity and crisis management plans across organization. Conduct regular business impact analyses to assess the potential impact of disruptions on the organization. Continuously monitor resilience metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the organization’s resilience. Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Management: Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities that could impact business continuity. Develop risk mitigation strategies to enhance operational adaptability and minimize downtime.
