About the job Hair Stylist and Salon ManagerOur client is a dynamic and innovative hair salon located in the city of Sharjah. we are looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist/Salon Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional services to our clients.As a Hair Stylist and Salon Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our salon’s success. This dual role combines artistic hair styling skills with managerial responsibilities, making it a unique and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are not only passionate about hairstyling but also possess strong leadership qualities.Key Responsibilities:Hair Stylist Responsibilities:Provide a wide range of hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction.Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative and on-trend services.Consult with clients to understand their hair needs, preferences, and style goals.Recommend and sell hair care products to clients to enhance their at-home hair care routines.Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized attention.Salon Manager Responsibilities:Oversee daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and appointment bookings.Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Manage the salon’s budget, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue generation.Ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety standards.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and creativity.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of hairstyling work.Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a salon or beauty industry is highly desirable.Proficiency in using FRESHA software for appointment scheduling and inventory management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and organizational abilities.Knowledge of the Sharjah beauty industry trends and regulations is a plus.
