**Job Summary**

The Guest Relations Agent provides professional and customer-focused service to our guests, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and an engaging demeanor. The Guest Relations Agent greets and welcomes our guests, interacts with guests while they are waiting for their rooms, assists guests with any enquiries, and oversees social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**

* Respond to all guest questions, needs, and requests, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Anticipate and proactively address guests’ needs, even those unstated.
* Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
* Actively listen to and effectively resolve guest complaints.
* Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of VIP guests.
* Manage communication between guests and hotel staff.
* Promote all amenities, services, and programs offered by the hotel.

**Skills and Qualifications**

* Relevant experience in Guest Relations or a similar role is an asset.
* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with outstanding communication and active listening abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours.
* Demonstrated responsibility and reliability, with a professional presentation.
