**Position Summary:**

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience throughout their stay. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can independently manage a variety of tasks, including addressing guest inquiries, fulfilling requests, completing necessary reports, and offering insights into local attractions. Guest Experience Experts may also assist guests with luggage handling and transportation.

Critical to success in this role is maintaining a safe and professional work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, safeguarding confidential information, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

The position requires physical stamina and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, navigate various spaces, and lift/carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted or 100 pounds with assistance. Additionally, the role involves reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Successful performance of these duties, along with other reasonable tasks as assigned, is essential to ensuring guest satisfaction and business success.
