Job Description:Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, building growth loops within product and customer experience.We are looking for a creative, action-oriented, results-driven marketer who will design and execute marketing & sales campaigns.In this role, you will need to work on the growth hacking funnel and use nontraditional ways for maximizing customer acquisition, increase Conversion rate and reduce churn rateManage all our marketing activities and build and execute growth strategies.Define a strong brand strategy that takes GoLodger’s brand to the next level.Effectively execute all marketing activities.Manage & oversee SEO/SEM/SOA, social media, Google Adwords and/or display advertising campaigns.Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage and convert.Segment customers and devise marketing plans customized to each segmentDefine, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B tests for product pages & marketing campaignsOptimize landing pages and user funnels.Build growth models using organic and paid growth loops.Manager our platform’s analytics tools.Collaborate with the tech team to improve UX / UI and optimize predictive and/or personalization models to identify leads and/or elevate the customer experience.Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads into growth.Develop our retention and loyalty strategy, including building-out communication touch-points across multiple channels (email, push, SMS, etc.)Optimize communication on product Build customer referral programs with clear KPIs & measurement frameworkAnalyze performance of campaigns on a daily/weekly basis and use this data to constantly evolve and improve results.Define growth and performance benchmarks and establish analytics and reporting for channels.Ensure analytics are accurately tracking marketing efforts & customer behavior Report and present on KPIs related to campaign performance and business impact (e.g., revenue, ROI, customer LTV, CAC, ARPU, etc.

Job Requirements :

Job Requirements:3+ years of marketing experience in a reputable company or startupAware of marketing growth hacking.Deep experience in Media Buying, SEO, SOA or willingness to put extra effort to learnStrong knowledge of mobile apps and web analytics. Good knowledge of UI/UX.Strong knowledge of Social media and Google marketing channels.A self-learner with an entrepreneurial mindset, dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement for himself and the organization.Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution.Experienced in working with data, product & engineering teams on the marketing-tech & automation frontExcellent communication, and cross-functional skills to collaborate with all teams.Self-motivated with an ability to think independently and analytically, comfortable working as an individual contributor, but also able to lead and motivate others toward a goal.Passionate about all things digital and cutting-edge marketing technology.Problem solver with a resilience to deliver.A team-oriented person with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
