Job Description :
Build short and long-term strategies for customer acquisition and lead the team in execution over the short/medium term.Plan the annual offers and promos calendar to assist Sales to achieve planned targets, and prepare sales kits.Work closely with Products marketing and communication teams on developing marketing, CX and product roadmaps to make it even more simple and delightful for customers to join Premium cardDevelop, execute, and optimize creative marketing offers to Increase customer base and cards acquisition.Deliver customer acquisition outcomes within financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and monitoring resultsDeveloping various sales channels via contests, internal competitions, recognition programs and commission schemas.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in, Business, Mass Communication or Economics.5 – 7 years of experience, 2 years in a similar position ,preferred Retail & FMCG.Excellent Command of English
