Job Description :

Oversee and foresee the future market trends, salable and profitable products. Manage and supervise day to day purchasing, stock orders and make sure it runs smoothly and effectively.Manage, develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies, purchasing team and promotion plans.Suggest ideas of product display, product knowledge and information to supermarket operations.To focus and emphasize market trend, new products, and competitors.Negotiate with the vendors to get the best quality products with the best prices and make agreements.Maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure high quality products and deliver on time.Make sure all the stock orders from operation can get in time, sufficient and delivered.Review slow moving and fast-moving items to analyze sales by categories.Review vendors performance regularly especially for stocks available, delivery, prices, and payments.Prepare and list the updated records of vendors, purchased products, agreements, and information by monthly.Cooperate with operation and warehouse if stocks need to keep in advance especially for normal and seasonal promotions.Create disciplines, control and guidelines to prevent bias and corruptions.Make regular market survey and competitor’s analysis such as new products, pricing, promotions, and activities.Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports and submit to the management.
