The organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Level Graphic Designer to contribute to the development of impactful visual communications. The primary responsibility of this role is the creation of professional PowerPoint presentations, with a strong emphasis on consulting-style design, including the development and management of Master Slides, templates, and visually engaging graphics. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated aptitude for structuring content into logical narratives, translating complex information into clear and professional presentations, and maintaining brand consistency. Prior experience in designing presentation materials for consulting firms or executive leadership is highly desirable.

In addition to presentation design, this role encompasses supporting other graphic design needs, such as brochures, social media graphics, and marketing materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Presentation & PowerPoint Design (Primary Focus):**

* Develop high-quality, consulting-style PowerPoint presentations.
* Design and maintain Master Slides, templates, and comprehensive visual systems.
* Select appropriate typography, color palettes, charts, icons, and layouts to enhance visual communication.
* Structure content into logical, concise, and readily understandable narratives.
* Ensure visual and brand consistency across all presentation materials.
* Integrate relevant images, graphics, infographics, and simple animations.
* Test presentations across various devices and formats to ensure optimal performance.

**Collaboration & Quality Assurance:**

* Collaborate closely with presenters or project teams to understand communication objectives and requirements.
* Translate complex business and strategic content into compelling visual representations.
* Maintain accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
* Manage project deadlines effectively and deliver work products in a timely manner.

**General Graphic Design:**

* Support the creation of brochures, social media content, print materials, and other marketing assets as required.
* Maintain awareness of current design trends, tools, and best practices within the industry.
* Maintain a professional and up-to-date portfolio of work.
