In this role you will get to work within a new PMO working on major highways / infrastructure projects in the KSA Capital, Riyadh City.What You’ll Be DoingStudy design briefs and determine requirementsConceptualize visuals based on requirementsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasDevelop illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate softwareUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphicAmend designs after feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandDocuments that will be required will include, but a not limited to, design reports, status reports, monthly / weekly reports, dashboards and bidding documentsWork on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goalsObtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriatelyWork independently as well as cooperatively with the PMO team to meet deadlines.Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilitiesCreate new processes and standards for graphic design purposesUpdate and maintain internal databases for graphic design related tasksWhat Required Skills You’ll BringBachelors degree in Graphic Design or similar8+ years of related work experience.Proven graphic designing experienceA highly creative mind set with experience of using own creative skills for creation of professional documentsA strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesProactive approach to own activities and helping in other disciplines, as far as practically possible, to assist in PMO overall efficiencyWhat Desired Skills You’ll BringPrevious experience of working in a technical PMOPrevious experience in creation of engineering / project management documents / reportsExperience of working in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary departmentsParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
