This individual will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute designs that are aligned with established brand guidelines and overarching business objectives. Responsibilities encompass the development of impactful visual assets to support product launches, promotional initiatives, and strategic campaigns, with a focus on enhancing user engagement and driving conversions. Furthermore, the Graphic Designer will maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital and print materials, prepare design files for web and print production ensuring high-quality output that adheres to technical specifications, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and provide innovative creative input for new projects and campaigns. Maintaining awareness of current design trends, tools, and technologies is essential to deliver modern and effective visual solutions. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, adapting and optimizing graphics for diverse devices and screen sizes to ensure optimal user experience, and incorporating stakeholder feedback to refine and improve design deliverables.
