> The incumbent will be responsible for the development of innovative visual concepts, graphics, and layouts across a diverse spectrum of print and digital projects. Collaboration with creative directors, copywriters, and marketing teams is essential to ensure unified and impactful visual communication. This role requires the translation of client briefs and brand specifications into compelling designs that effectively address project goals. The preparation and delivery of final production-ready artwork, adhering to stringent accuracy and quality control measures, is also a key responsibility. Maintenance of consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials is paramount. Continuous professional development through staying abreast of industry trends, design technologies, and best practices is expected to enhance creative productivity. The management of multiple concurrent projects, while meeting all deadlines and project specifications, is required. Presentation of design proposals and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating constructive feedback as necessary, is also a critical aspect of this position. Image retouching, editing, and optimization for diverse media formats are required skills. Contribution to ideation sessions and active support for the development of groundbreaking design strategies are further expectations.
