The incumbent will be responsible for the creation of compelling visual designs for both digital and print applications, encompassing marketing collateral, social media assets, and product packaging. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ascertain project specifications and deliver innovative design solutions that adhere to established brand guidelines. Furthermore, the candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of visual concepts for campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials, while also incorporating stakeholder feedback to refine designs and ensure the production of high-quality deliverables. Maintaining consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials is paramount. The position also entails preparing and optimizing files for production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical specifications. The incumbent will remain current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance creative output continuously. Support will be provided to the marketing and communications team through the fulfillment of ad hoc design requests and participation in special projects. The candidate must be capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Contribution to brainstorming sessions and the generation of innovative ideas to elevate the brand’s visual presence are also required.
