Job Description:**Option 1 (Emphasis on Responsibilities):**
> The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the organization’s brand message across diverse platforms. This role entails collaborating with marketing, product development, and creative teams to develop engaging visual assets suitable for both digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, a demonstrable passion for contemporary design trends, and the capacity to translate conceptual ideas into innovative visual designs. Key responsibilities include: designing graphics for digital platforms (e.g., websites, social media, email campaigns) and print materials (e.g., brochures, posters, business cards); developing and maintaining brand identity and visual guidelines to ensure consistent application across all creative assets; collaborating with internal teams to ascertain design requirements and formulating solutions that align with project objectives and deadlines; editing and optimizing images, graphics, and illustrations for deployment across various mediums; presenting design concepts to stakeholders and incorporating feedback to refine designs; maintaining a current awareness of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies; managing multiple design projects concurrently to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality; and ensuring all designs are consistent with the company’s brand voice and strategic objectives.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a 3D artist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Designs posters and animation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of video editing software is a plus (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations and graphics)
- Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualification
