We are seeking a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer to direct and execute digital and print design projects across all organizational departments, with a specific emphasis on marketing and branding strategies. This position encompasses oversight of all graphic design functions, refinement of conceptual designs and drafts, and contribution of original, inventive ideas.

The successful candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles, styles, and techniques, alongside proven experience in the implementation of marketing campaigns. The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in visually articulating the company’s mission, enhancing brand perception, and supporting strategic business objectives through the creation of impactful designs across diverse platforms.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

* Developing a diverse array of creative assets, encompassing social media graphics, corporate presentations, internal reports, infographics, UI mockups, event branding materials, and motion graphics.
* Maintaining and evolving the company’s visual identity across various platforms and formats.
* Managing graphic design projects from initial conception through final delivery.
* Generating innovative and original design concepts.
* Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
* Collaborating effectively with marketing and other departments to ensure timely delivery of design assets and alignment with project objectives.
* Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
* Conducting thorough reviews of design and video drafts to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
