Responsibilities:

- Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and images that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and concept ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media features, and best practices.
- Optimize designs for various social media platforms and ensure they are mobile-friendly.
- Work with copywriters to ensure visual and written content complement each other effectively.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust designs accordingly to improve engagement and reach.
- Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall marketing strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience 2-4 years of experience in social media graphic design
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in social media design.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
