Hays Middle East was established in December 2005 in Dubai and has a team of over 50 staff now recruiting for positions throughout the region. The team is a great mix of international Hays transferees and locally hired talent from around the world.

Your Summer Internship:

As the Business Administrator you will be a key player in our Global Talent Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of administration, Data Entry and conducting market research to support the Commercial Director.

In this role you will be required to:

• Enter customer and account data sourced from LinkedIn
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• Market research and Market mapping
• General administration support to the Commercial Director to deliver the business development strategy (eg, preparation of proposals and presentations)
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
