AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly motivated and creative Graduate Graphic Designer, of Emirati nationality, to contribute to our dynamic team. This position presents an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to commence their professional career within a multi-disciplinary design and engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will collaborate with the graphic design team to produce engaging visual content across a diverse range of project-specific, corporate, and other design initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the creation of high-quality, visually appealing reports and presentations utilizing InDesign and PowerPoint.
* Support the development of high-quality diagrams, infographics, and other visual aids to effectively communicate complex concepts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams and internal stakeholders to develop innovative and visually compelling designs.
* Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing original ideas for concepts and visual storytelling.
* Prepare and review artwork for both print and digital publication.
* Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital design assets and templates.
* Maintain awareness of current design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of PowerPoint is preferred.
* Fundamental understanding of branding principles, design guidelines, color theory, typography, and layout.
* A creative disposition with keen attention to detail and visual balance.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
