We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Graduate Supervision Engineer to join our Integrated Construction Delivery team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our supervision processes, thereby enhancing the efficiency and modernization of project delivery in alignment with strategic objectives.
As a Graduate Supervision Engineer, you will:
* Support the advancement of construction supervision methodologies through analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and AI engineering.
* Contribute to the implementation of digital tools and data-driven workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. This role involves working at the intersection of emerging technologies, innovation, and multidisciplinary project construction delivery, in close collaboration with regional and global teams. This position provides a practical opportunity to shape the future of construction supervision, ensuring enhanced project execution.
**Responsibilities**
* **Audit:** Evaluate current operational practices to identify areas for improvement and implement impactful changes.
* **Research and Analysis:** Conduct thorough engineering research on the latest AI technologies and their applications in construction management.
* **Data Collection:** Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to inform project decisions, AI integration strategies, and address complex challenges.
* **Project Management:** Assist in the management of research projects, ensuring the timely achievement of milestones and objectives.
* **AI Implementation:** Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI solutions across transport and infrastructure projects, utilizing Microsoft Azure Sandbox and related tools.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Engage with internal and external stakeholders, both regionally and globally, to understand requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
* **Reporting:** Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings, project progress, and AI adoption strategies.
* **Innovation:** Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and performance through AI.
* **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve our new digital ways of working.

**Qualifications**
* A bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
* **Educational Background:** MSc degree in Artificial Intelligence, data science, engineering, or equivalent. Candidates nearing graduation will be considered.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence technologies, data analysis tools, supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning, and programming languages such as Python or R and Azure Sandbox.
* **Analytical Skills:** Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to synthesize complex information.
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* **Project Management:** Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
* **Team Collaboration:** Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
