**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to amplify CMG’s market presence in subsurface decision-making technologies.
* Lead digital, product, and brand marketing efforts, with a focus on CMG’s simulation tools.
* Spearhead cross-functional collaborations to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
* Oversee global product launches, rebranding initiatives, and targeted campaigns designed to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Collaborate with the C-Suite and other executive stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overarching business objectives and growth plans.
* Leverage extensive experience in strategic storytelling and performance coaching to inspire both internal teams and external clients, ensuring alignment on strategic vision and execution.
* Measure and optimize the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives utilizing HubSpot, employing data-driven insights for continuous strategic refinement.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in senior marketing leadership, preferably within the software or technology industry.
* A verifiable record of scaling B2B marketing efforts and effectively managing teams through periods of growth.
* Demonstrated experience in launching innovative products, establishing brand authority, and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
* In-depth expertise in product branding, product positioning, and strategic storytelling.
* Hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms and tools, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
