Job Description :

Handling phone calls, mails and correspondents in a timely manner that a response is given within 24 hours max.Taking minutes of meeting, drawing an action plan and follow up with all parties to meet the deadlines.Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for all departments.Following up on any booking of hotels or travel activities and making sure we have the best rates/services.Responsible of the ambiance and image of the office and meeting rooms(ex: Furniture , smell ,general cleanness and Accessories………….etc) Maintaining adequate inventory of the office supplies.Responsible of the confidentiality of all documents, correspondents and information in general.Set up and maintain accurate filing systems.Translation from Arabic to English and vice versa

Females onlyBachelor degreeV.good in English is a must PresentableV.good written and verbal communication skillsV.good computer skillsTranslation background is a plus
