Job Description:**الخيار:**
Assume responsibility for the comprehensive management of daily operational activities, encompassing the formulation of strategic initiatives and the establishment of growth objectives, meticulous budget maintenance and expenditure optimization, the establishment of organizational policies and procedures, the facilitation of employee productivity and professional development, oversight of recruitment and training protocols for new personnel, the evaluation and enhancement of operational efficiency and financial performance, direction of the employee performance assessment process, preparation of periodic reports for executive leadership, enforcement of health and safety compliance standards, and the provision of resolution strategies for emergent organizational challenges, including but not limited to profit deterioration, employee disputes, and competitive disadvantages.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
