Job Description:

Supervise the development and execution of business plans and budgets to maintain financial health.

Foster a high-performance culture, coaching and developing team members across various departments to maximize their potential.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.

Make key decisions regarding expansion, new product lines, and process improvement to drive business success.
