The incumbent is responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ascertain accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting and procedural standards. Responsibilities include managing payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation in accordance with company policies and legal mandates; overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions, encompassing invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor relations; maintaining and updating general ledger accounts to guarantee the correct recording and classification of all transactions. Furthermore, the incumbent will contribute to the generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for managerial review; provide support to internal and external audits by supplying requisite documentation and clarifications; monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process enhancement. This role also entails ensuring compliance with pertinent financial regulations, tax statutes, and corporate guidelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and support business activities, and participating in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Finally, assist in all bank inquiries and visits, and support clients in invoice collection.
