Job Description:**Option:** Oversee and execute all facets of accounting operations, encompassing transaction management, budgetary forecasting, and the timely publication of financial statements. This includes managing periodic financial closings, reconciling accounts, ensuring timely payments, and accurately computing and filing tax returns. Responsibilities further extend to the management of financial statements, comprehensive reporting on financial health and liquidity, and meticulous auditing of financial transactions while maintaining data confidentiality through routine database backups. Strict adherence to financial policies and regulations is paramount, including the issuance and comprehensive handling of electronic invoices, maintaining accurate accounts receivable records, processing payments, resolving customer inquiries, and performing thorough account reconciliation. This also includes preparing bank deposits, recording and tracking withholding tax receivables, and generating regular financial reports. Additionally, responsibilities encompass the review of value-added tax returns related to sales.
