Job Description :

Assist in performing all necessary tasks for the General Accounts Department to maintain the health of the company’s accounts.Follow accounting directives and prepare financial reports and monthly statements.Cash checks and receivables from suppliers and receipt of payment receipts.Prepare accounting and banking settlements and monthly closing reports.Document all financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records and review them periodically.Record, disburse and settle employees’ covenant.Apply the accounting system established by the company and adhere to it.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, business administration or related field.1-3 year’s solid experience.Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office programs and other accounting programs.The ability to communicate effectively with all departmental managers.The ability to organize, focus and work under pressure.Very Good communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Very Good command of English language.
