Job Description :
Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted and reported according to company policy.Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis.Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.Review and monitor accounts payable sub ledger details and aging.Responsible for monthly analysis of AP, Supplier down payments, Petty cash, and Pre-paid expenses.Process all cash transactions related to deposits & withdrawals.Following up outstanding payments.Ensure that all transactions recorded & maintained in the system.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Advanced knowledge of Excel.Practical experience in AP cycle with knowledge of 3way matching & E-invoice.Ability to multi-task and carry out multiple responsibilities.
