Job Description :
Generate and deliver invoicesKeep Track of received invoices and payments and ensure payment in due timeEnsure customers payments are fulfilled within the time frameHandle company expenses (petty cash settlements, water & electricity bills, rent, Office supplies, etc.)Keep track record of financial transactions for deposit accounts & credit cardsKeep track record of cash flowPrepare and present to Finance Manager required reports (vat report-cash flow)any other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration2 – 4 years of experience in similar positionProficiency in Computer skillsKnowledge of accounting softwareStrong mathematical skillsVery good English skillsAttention to detailsTime Management & Problem-Solving skillsPrevious experience using Microsoft Dynamic 365 is a plus
